Digital Delivery Policy
Free products: When a product is marked FREE, it can be downloaded directly without payment. Paid products are delivered after successful payment verification.
How purchased EditVault.shop files are delivered after payment.
Delivery method
All EditVault.shop products are digital. No physical product is shipped. After a paid order is successfully verified, the website displays a secure download button for each purchased product. The same delivery details are also sent to the email address entered at checkout when email delivery is available.
Download link
Secure download links are temporary and are designed to expire after approximately 24 hours. Please download and save your files promptly. If an emailed link expires, contact support with your order reference so the purchase can be verified and assistance can be provided.
If your download does not work
If payment succeeds but the download button is missing, the link expires before you can download, or the delivered file is incomplete, contact editvault2027@gmail.com with your order/payment reference and product name so we can verify the purchase and assist.
File storage and access
Product files are kept in private storage and are delivered through a secure server-side download process. A purchase does not grant permission to share the download link or source files with others.
Delivery is electronic only. There are no shipping charges, courier tracking numbers or physical delivery timelines.
