License Terms

Licence granted

When you purchase or lawfully obtain an EditVault digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the asset in your own creative projects, subject to these terms and any product-specific licence shown on the product page.

Permitted uses

• Use the asset in your own personal creative projects.
• Use the asset in commercial or client end-projects such as edited videos, social content, advertisements, albums or other finished creative work, unless a product page states a narrower licence.
• Modify the asset as part of an end-project.

Not permitted

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the raw/source asset.
• Upload the raw asset to another marketplace, drive, group, website or repository for others to download.
• Package the raw asset into another template pack, LUT pack, PSD collection or similar product for resale or distribution.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original EditVault source asset.

Ownership

EditVault retains ownership and intellectual-property rights in the original digital assets. The licence grants usage rights; it does not transfer ownership of the source product.

Third-party product names and trademarks such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and DaVinci Resolve belong to their respective owners. Compatibility references do not imply endorsement or partnership.
