1. Store and products

EditVault.shop sells digital creative assets, including LUTs, PSD templates, editing templates and curated asset collections. Product descriptions, compatibility information and prices shown on the product page form part of the purchase information.

2. Digital-only delivery

Products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped. Paid download access is provided after payment is successfully verified, subject to the Digital Delivery Policy.

3. Payments and pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. An order is considered paid only after successful payment verification.

4. Compatibility

You are responsible for checking the product description, required software and compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure, contact us before paying.

5. Licence and ownership

Purchasing a digital product grants a limited licence to use it under our License Terms. Ownership of the underlying digital asset remains with EditVault. Raw files may not be resold, redistributed, shared or uploaded for others to download.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, taking into account the digital nature of the products and applicable law.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use EditVault products for unlawful purposes, claim the original asset as your own for resale, bypass access controls, or distribute source files to third parties.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when our products, delivery methods or legal requirements change. The version displayed on this website applies to new purchases from the time it is published.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
